I have been writing about Managed IT Services in an effort to shed some light on the different kinds of service available.
Nothing explains a product or service better than a real life example. The following is an email that we received from one of our customers on how he benefited from using Managed Services. Thanks for the info Bill!

Subject: Wonderful CCP Response Last Saturday Emily and I had to reboot the server at 9:00, wondering if we would be able to review tax returns that day. The server came back up, of course, and we were fine.
But what I want to highlight is that Jason called us from home at 10:00 to say that he had been notified, and would look into the situation.
10:00 Saturday morning.
That's what I've always wanted. I'm happy to pay the monthly fee. It's money well spent.
