It gives you many features that the larger more expensive systems offer not the least of which is voice activation. This technology allows you to tell the system where to send the caller. Here’s how it works … A call comes in and you just say where you want the call to go. For example, you see a call come into the system on your computer screen, answer the call and then push the RP button and say “transfer call to Jim.” The call goes through and you hang up. Simple as that! You don’t have to remember any codes or which button to push.
