Budget Definition and Forecasting
The CCP discovery, planning and design phase of each project creates budget definition. Cost of products and services are documented at each mile marker of a project. Using the full suite of resources at CCP we are able to provide real-time costs for every detail of a work flow plan.
If a project, such as a database, or application requires an unspecified amount of time, our client is made aware of the expenditures as the project proceeds.

Our invoices are unique in that services, phone records, notes and project documentation are included in the invoice summary. Our clients know exactly what is included in the charges.
