Professional Auto Attendant - You can quickly configure and your answering rules in the AltiGen Phone Systems to send callers to the auto attendant, voicemail, specific extensions or personal dedicated phone numbers for your staff. The system can route calls based on calling lines, caller ID and Digit Collection. The Auto Attendant Features may be set to change automatically by dates, time of day and/or holidays. Automatic greetings and music on hold are a snap!

Easy Call Conferencing - AltiGen’s VoIP Audio Conference Bridge delivers an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that supports up to 30 participants in a single call. It's easy to schedule conferences, manage participants, and email conference invites.

Call Recording - Record and Save Calls - Record, label, file, store and email your conversations digitally. The easy graphical interface makes it easy for any user to right click on a call and start recording.

AltiGen also provides a feature called VRManager for businesses that have large volumes of recorded calls or call centers. Voice recording is done with a Java based application that allows management of centralized files.

Find-me, Follow-me Feature - This One-Number-Access features allows specific callers to reach you at up to four different telephone numbers. If a call isn't connected the caller has the option of leaving a message for dialing another extension.

Mobile Extensions - Your customers don't need to know your employee isn't sitting at a desk in the office. This technology enables mobile staff to use their mobile phones and PDAs just as they would use a normal phone extension at their company. They have one phone extension that travels with them.

With call detail reporting and remote calls may be monitored so you have a record of how remote employees are working.
